Manifesto For Public Art

This is written as a baseline for how I approach public art initiatives.

  1. Emotional Resonance: My art has a powerful emotional impact, capable of resonating with diverse audiences and sparking meaningful connections. Public art often seeks to engage and inspire communities on an emotional level, making my work well-suited for installations in public spaces where it can provoke reflection and dialogue.

  2. Versatility: My proficiency with various mediums, including pencil, charcoal, paint, and black and white, as well as my adeptness in portraying both portraits and still life, demonstrates versatility. Public art projects often require artists who can adapt their style to fit different contexts and spaces, making my range of skills highly desirable.

  3. Symbolism and Storytelling: My use of symbolism, particularly evident in my portrayal of flowers and incorporation of abstract elements, adds depth and layers of meaning to my work. Public art installations often aim to convey narratives or themes relevant to the community or site, and my ability to infuse art with symbolism and storytelling makes me well-suited for these projects.

  4. Engagement with Community: My commitment to fostering a visual dialogue that resonates with viewers on an emotional level suggests a readiness to engage with diverse communities. Public art projects often involve collaboration with community members, stakeholders, and local authorities, and my ability to connect with people through my art can facilitate this process.

  5. Aesthetic Appeal: My artwork's aesthetic beauty and technical proficiency make it visually compelling, drawing viewers in and enhancing the appeal of public spaces. Whether through portraits, still life, or abstract elements, my art has the potential to enhance the visual landscape and contribute to the cultural vibrancy of public environments.

Thank you! I you hope enjoyed this list.
